** Exceptions for Refunds
* Refunds or cancellations are only considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:
-> Duplicate payment processed for the same order due to a technical error.
-->> Non-delivery of digital assets or download links caused by a proven system failure on our platform.

*** Reseller Memberships
